Delivery Areas
We currently deliver across Brisbane and surrounding suburbs. You can check if we deliver to your postcode at checkout or by contacting us directly.
If your area isn’t listed, feel free to get in touch — we’ll always do our best to accommodate special requests.

Delivery Times
We offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 10:00 AM (AEST), Monday to Saturday. Orders placed after the cut-off will be delivered the next business day unless a future delivery date is selected.
You can nominate your preferred delivery date at checkout. While we can’t guarantee specific delivery times, we do our best to accommodate requests (especially for events or businesses).

Delivery Details
Please ensure all delivery information is accurate and that someone will be available to receive the flowers. If no one is home:

• We will leave the flowers in a safe, shaded place at the property.

• If safe delivery is not possible, redelivery fees may apply.

For hospital or business deliveries, please include ward details, business name, and hours of operation.

Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and start from $10. We offer free local delivery on orders over $250 within select zones.
