TERMS & CONDITIONS—THE BASICS 

Welcome to Bloom Society
These terms and conditions govern the use of our website and services. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following:

1. Orders & Payment

  • Orders can be placed via our website or by contacting us directly.

  • Payment is required in full at the time of ordering.

  • We accept all major credit/debit cards and other payment options listed at checkout.

2. Product Availability & Substitution

  • All products are subject to availability.

  • We work with seasonal, fresh flowers, and while we aim to match product images and descriptions, flower varieties, colours, or packaging may be substituted where necessary — always maintaining the overall quality and aesthetic.

  • If a significant change is required, we will contact you.

3. Delivery Policy

  • We deliver across Brisbane and select suburbs. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide correct and complete delivery details.

  • If no one is available to receive the delivery, flowers will be left in a safe place (if possible). If redelivery is needed, additional charges may apply.

  • Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 10:00 AM AEST, Monday–Saturday.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by external courier services, weather conditions, or incomplete address details.

4. Cancellations & Changes

  • Orders can be cancelled or amended up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours may not be eligible for a full refund due to perishable nature of flowers and preparation time.

  • Contact us at info@bloomsociety.com.au as soon as possible for any changes.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns.

  • If there is a concern about quality, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo and order number.

  • We will assess the situation and may offer a replacement or partial refund at our discretion.

6. Subscriptions

  • Subscription orders are charged prior to each delivery cycle (weekly, monthly, or holiday).

  • You may pause, skip, or cancel your subscription anytime via your account or by contacting us at least 48 hoursbefore your next scheduled delivery.

  • Subscription arrangements may vary based on seasonality but will always reflect your chosen style and size.

7. Privacy

We respect your privacy. All personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, and we will never share or sell your details.

8. Copyright & Content

All content, images, branding, and designs on this site are the property of Bloom Society. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without written permission.
